Our client is a smart ring that measures your focus, calm, stress, sleep patterns, and more, connecting the dots between your mental and physical health.

The Problem

They needed to develop an AI Companion to help users understand health metrics, interpret charts, and provide medical suggestions based on their data. Proactive follow-ups were necessary to check in on users' mental health status.

The Solution

Puppeteer, successfully integrated with the Company’s database via a secure endpoint, enabling the extraction and analysis of real-time user metrics. This collaboration allowed the AI to respond to user questions, such as "How did I sleep last night?" in a human-like and easily understandable manner.

Puppeteer also configured the system to conduct daily chats for user follow-ups and provided comprehensive weekly metric reports every Sunday. Additionally, they implemented automated reminders based on user requests. For example, if a user asked to be reminded to take their medication at 5 PM, the system would automatically schedule this, and Happy Ring’s AI agent would send a timely reminder.

Front-End Embedding

This advanced AI agent was exclusively accessible to app users, ensuring private and secure interactions. It was made available via SMS using Twilio, with each request's signature individually verified before granting access.
