Jesse leads users through a personalized, conversational coaching experience that includes:

Engagement:

  • 16 completed the full flow
  • Average: 52 messages per session
  • 2 rescheduled and resumed later
  • No users requested to speak to a human

Medical Info Shared:

  • 19 users provided detailed health background
  • 14 shared a personal “Why”
  • Topics included: family history, diet, exercise, sleep habits, and chronic risk factors

User Feedback:

Users described Jesse as helpful, focused, and easy to talk to. Many said the experience felt more like a coaching session than a survey.
